Chari is a natural processed lot from our long time partners Daye Bensa. This coffee is sun dried with the fruit and skin in tact, similar to turning a grape into a raisin. This process takes about 14-17 days depending on the weeks weather and the Dukamos take care great care in this period to make sure the fruit is dried evenly so the best flavors can come through in the cup. This coffee tasted like cherry pulp, cacao nibs, has a nice peppery acidity, and is packed full of juiciness. It's a great example of a natural processed coffee from Sidama!
