In collaboration with Bonaventure Coffee and Olvin Reyes the Flor De Ocotillo is a miraculously small lot of coffee from Santa Barbara, Honduras. This 100% Pacas varietal plot undergoes anaerobic fermentation in mucilage followed by traditional washed process. The combination of these two processes yields a cup full of rich cacao notes ending in the tropical sweetness of mango lassi.
