Abore is another stellar offering from the Daye Bensa producing organization. We have been working with the Dukamo family, who oversee the production of this coffee in the Bensa region of Sidamo, for the last seven years. The coffee undergoes a dry fermentation period before its complete washing to boost sweetness and complexity. Its flavor notes are grapefruit and rooibos tea.
