Damo is another stellar offering from the Daye Bensa producing organization. We have been working with the Dukamo family, who oversee the production of this coffee in the Bensa region of Sidamo, for the last six years. We are committed to purchasing through them for the foreseeable future. The coffee undergoes a dry fermentation period before its complete washing to boost sweetness and complexity. Its flavor notes are coconut milk and earl grey tea.
